Cultural Cookbooks
Black Cat Press is a fictional publishing company that wants to print more genres to reach a wider audience since it was just founded.
The assignment was to create a series of cookbooks with easy-to-follow recipes. Each cookbook has recipes from different countries. One focuses on Mexican food, and the other focuses on Italian food.
Many people find cooking to be daunting, so the use of bold colors for the recipe’s names and illustrations for the amount of time the recipe will help create a friendly appearance. The book has full-bleed photos to help the viewer better see the food.
